THE BASEMENT AT THE LION BUILDING
Our basement is 8,300 square feet and at one time was used by the Broadwater Athletic Club as its locker room and has men's and women's restrooms including showers and changing facilities. Additionally the basement has a dance floor, a racquetball court, a spa and saunas.
We are prepared to remodel the basement for any potential use suitable for our building. Potential uses consist of banquet and meeting facilities, fitness center, dance studio, child care center, storage facilities, brew pub, ratskeller restaurant, night club, or anything else you can think of.
