The Lion Buildings first floor retail space has been remodeled into an indoor walking mall. The mall entrance on Last Chance Gulch transcends the building and exits on Fuller Street on the other side of the building. You will find a spacious corridor with full glass storefronts just like at the mall. Retail spaces are available from as small as 116 square feet to as much as 3,112 square feet. We are proud to have HUB Coffe as our ground floor anchor providing great coffee and entertainment. We able to accommodate any type of retail space including cloting stores to hair salons, or boutique businesses. The walking mall includes restroom facilities for men and women.
Advertising for your business will be available on the exterior of the building.
For your convenience we also have private offices available on the second floor of the building to accommodate your daily office needs when doing you bookkeeping, your ordering or when you just want to get away for a rest, but still be conveniently
located near your retail business. Storage is available in our basement for your business storage requirements. |
